Aerial Yoga and Lyra Hoop

Intro to Aerial

This is great way for new yogis to get familiar with the aerial silks and experienced yogis to work on technique. ! This is great for both newbies and seasoned Aerial yogis. Space is limited… grab your spot –  See you on the silks!
 
 

Aerial Flow

This class is designed for all levels… whether you have no experience or need a good workout.  We will work on core strength, inverting and various poses in a flow format! 

Aerial Yoga

Restorative Aerial

This is an incredibly relaxing practice. In this class we will lower the silks and use props to give you the best relaxation around! 

Lyra Hoop

Join Melodie at Muddy Mantra to get your Aerial Hoop on! Whether you are brand new or have been practicing for a while this class is for you! We will warm up and then work on individual poses on various levels based on your practice, which will a tie into a monthly flow. This is a great way to work on your fitness while having a blast! 

Studio Mat Classes

Yoga Flow

Join our amazing instructors for an all levels yoga flow. Whether you are brand new to the practice or an experienced yogi, this class is for you! Variations/props will be given for each pose to ease you into the practice.  Available both in Studio or via Zoom!

Yoga Flow Express

Kick your morning off with an all levels vinyasa flow class!!! This is the perfect way to get your yoga on to start your day! 
 

Slow Flow

Ease into your day with this low and slow practice. Our instructors will guide you through a super relaxing class to deepen your flexibility. They will use props and variations to accommodate all levels. 

 

Flow  And Restore

This flowy vinyasa yoga class will be packed with energetic vibrations, joy and wind down with some yummy stretches. Kim’s classes are fun, challenging and full of loving intentions. We will gracefully tip toe along the edges of your yoga practice while offering modifications for all body types so we can all access the magical effects of yoga. Each class is designed with creativity and purpose, in the effort to find balance in the mind body connection. Prepare to sweat a little, stretch and reset your nervous system to a position of balance.
 

Gentle YOGA Express

Wind down from the day with this all levels class with Julie. She will guide you through this 45 minutes session with ease. This is the perfect way to end the day.
