We will warm up and then work on individual poses on various levels based on your practice, which will a tie into a monthly flow. This is a great way to work on your fitness while having a blast!
Join our amazing instructors for an all levels yoga flow. Whether you are brand new to the practice or an experienced yogi, this class is for you! Variations/props will be given for each pose to ease you into the practice. Available both in Studio or via Zoom!
