Aerial Yoga Basics

This is great way for new yogis to get familiar with the aerial silks and experienced yogis to work on technique. 
 

Aerial Flips & Tricks

This is not an introductory class. Must be able to invert to attend… this class will be more of a workshop format building up to various advanced poses to challenge your practice.
 

Aerial Flow

This class is designed for all levels… whether you have no experience or need a good workout.  We will work on core strength, inverting and various poses in a flow format! 

Aerial Yoga

This is great for both newbies and seasoned Aerial yogis. See you on the silks!

Restorative Aerial

This is an incredibly relaxing practice. In this class we will lower the silks and use props to give you the best relaxation around! 

 

Aerial Hoop (Lyra Flow)

Join Melodie at Muddy Mantra to get your Aerial Hoop on! Whether you are brand new or have been practicing for a while this class is for you! We will warm up and then work on individual poses on various levels based on your practice, which will a tie into a monthly flow. This is a great way to work on your fitness while having a blast!

Join Julie Incremona Ludlow for our all new Hatha Flow! This fun class will strengthen and increase flexibility in the entire body while focusing on flowing in and out of poses using the breath. Experience the rejuvenating and uplifting effects of this class on the mind, body and spirit. This class is suitable for all levels. Available both in Studio or via Zoom!

RBF (Relax, Bend, Flow)

Join April in rocking an all NEW class at Muddy Mantra Yoga & Fitness!!! We all need to work on our RBF… this is the perfect class for that! The first part of the class will be an ALL levels vinyasa flow (opportunity to take your practice to the level) and the second half will be restorative poses to wind down from the day!
 

Motivate and Move

Join April Mon/Wed @ 9:30am for Motivate and Move!!! This will be a Vinyasa class with a pace that builds so you leave motivated to take on your day.

 

High Vibe Flow

Kim intends to play! This flowy vinyasa yoga class will be packed with energetic vibrations and joy. Kim’s classes are fun, challenging and full of loving intentions. We will gracefully tip toe along the edges of your yoga practice while offering modifications for all body types so we can all access the magical effects of yoga. Each class is designed with creativity and purpose, in the effort to find balance in the mind body connection. Prepare to sweat a little, stretch and reset your nervous system to a position of balance.
 

Sandbags ‘n Savasana

Join Melodie or April for this super relaxing sesh to wind down your week! This class is opens to all levels and we will use Sandbags throughout to deepen your practice. 
 

Reset & Recharge

Join us in the all levels vinyasa yoga  flow class! This is a great way to take a break from the day, focus on yourself and recharge! See you on the mat!
