Sunset Beach Yoga – Spring Equinox
What better way to welcome Spring than rocking a Sunset Beach Yoga sesh with Muddy Mantra!
Class is all levels and totally beginner friendly. Melodie will guide you with your practice as your toes are in the sand, breathing in the sea breeze and focusing on the best view!
We even have dolphin visits periodically at class. Grab a towel (mats get sandy), water, and sunscreen. Please note, Honeymoon island parking fees are not included.
