Day 6… Muddy Mantra Chakra Challenge… Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Eagle Pose!

Start standing, cross right leg over left, foot can rest on ground or wrap around left calf, right arm will wrap underneath left and weave arms to have palms touch, lower hips and work on balance. Give it a try (both sides), your body will thank you!!!
