Day 6… Muddy Mantra Heart Opening Challenge… Low Lunge Pose (Anjaneyasana)

Start standing, step right foot back, lower knee to mat, adjust back leg so hip is at an angle, front knee should be stacked over ankle, clasp hands behind back (if not available clasp opposite elbows or wrists), lower hips more and lean back with upper body . Give it a try (both sides), your body will thank you 💖
