Day 7…Muddy Mantra Heart Opening Challenge… Twisted Lizard Pose (Parivrtta Utthan Pristhasana)

Start in Low Lunge, walk the front leg to the edge of the mat, point toes to corner, let knee fall to the side, foot is on the outside edge (flexed), extend same arm as front leg behind you, bend back knee and reach for foot (you may not get it right away – use a strap), let hips sink towards floor and gaze over extended arms shoulder. Give it a try (both sides), your body will thank you 💖
