Day 5… Muddy Mantra Chakra Challenge… Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Shoulder Stand!

Start on your back, lift pelvis up, stack legs on top of pelvis, use hands as a brace on your lower back, roll onto shoulders, make sure not to go too far on neck (breath should not change). Give it a try, your body will thank you!!!
