Start seated, cross left foot over right extended thigh (right leg can also bend and bring right heel to the outside of the left glute), place left hand on mat behind left hip, lengthen spine, place right elbow on the outside of left thigh, twist to the left and gaze over left shoulder. Give it a try (both sides), your body will thank you!
