Day 6… Muddy Mantra Yoga Challenge… Scorpion’s Tail Pose!
Scorpion’s Tail Pose is meant to be a hip opener. Start in 3-legged downward facing dog (if this is too much, drop base leg to knee). Bend extended leg so the top hip is stacked above the bottom hip. Shoulders should be squared to the top of mat. For an alignment check, bring gaze under the base leg side arm towards ceiling so make sure you can see top foot. Give it a try…your body will thank you ?
