Day 10… Muddy Mantra Yoga Challenge… Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana)!

Let’s get wild!!! Start in scorpion (right leg up), drop top leg to left side of mat, keep bottom leg extended, let pelvis dip to ground for alignment, send pelvis towards ceiling, extend right are towards top of mat. Give it a try (both sides)… your body will thank you 💜
