Day 10…Muddy Mantra Yoga Challenge… Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana II)!
Start at the top of your mat in Mountain Pose, step left leg back, check alignment on left leg (foot pointed towards long edge of mat), right knee stacked over ankle, pelvis is open towards long side of mat (this is a hip opener), extend arms to a T, gaze is over front middle finger! Give it a try (both sides)… your body will thank you ?
