Day 4… Muddy Mantra Yoga Challenge… Plank pose (Kumbhakasana)!

Plank pose is one of my favorites! This is one of the best ways to build up your core. Start in table top, then step back with each leg ensuring feet are hip distance apart and wrists are under shoulders. You want a straight line with your spine… so no awkward down dog or saggy pelvis. Give it a try! Your body will thank you ?
